Omega Seamaster Cosmic Three-hand 1960s
Ref. 135017 TOOL 107 · Calibre Omega 601What pulls my eye on this one is the linen-textured silver dial, still crisp under the applied gold batons, with that small offset seconds dial giving it a slightly fussy, technical look next to the plain three-hand Seamasters I've had through my hands. The gold-plated case shows real wear at the bezel edge and lugs, with brassing visible where the plating has thinned, and the heavy gold-toned bracelet has matching links front and back rather than a mismatched replacement. Opening it up, the Cal. 601 movement is clean and legible, with the Omega Watch Co signature and a visible, legible serial confirming it hasn't been swapped. I like that the caseback still carries its full plaque org markings, unpolished and unmuddled by later engraving. This is a piece for someone who wants a manual-wind 1960s Seamaster to wear and look at closely, not one that's been tidied up to hide its age.
