Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000 Automatic, 1970s
Calibre Omega 1010The dial on this Seamaster Cosmic 2000 catches the light in a way photographs barely do justice to: a silvered, radially brushed surface with faceted baton indices and matching dauphine-style hands that flash white to grey depending on angle. I can still read the applied Omega logo and the Seamaster Cosmic 2000 signature crisply, with the date window sitting cleanly at three. The case retains its cushion-shaped lines with a mix of brushed lugs and polished bevels, and I can see genuine handling wear at the edges rather than a refinished look — nothing sharp or rebuilt about it. The crown is unsigned but functions as expected for winding and setting. This example runs on the automatic Omega calibre 1010, a workhorse movement typical of Seamasters from this run. I'd point this one toward a buyer who wants a wearable 1970s Omega with its dial and case left as they came to me, not tidied up for sale.
Privatverkauf. Everything described above — case, dial, hands, lume, rate and service history — is agreed condition for this watch and I stand behind all of it. Beyond that, the watch is sold excluding liability for material defects, as is normal between private individuals for a vintage mechanical object of this age. That exclusion does not cover anything I have misdescribed or failed to disclose, and never covers injury or intent.
Fourteen days to return it for any reason — my own promise, not a statutory withdrawal right. Terms · How I describe condition
