Ref. 92006-a · Calibre Hamilton 92I set the intra-matic face-up under raked light and the woven texture across the dial catches unevenly, brighter at the centre than at the rim, which is how I could tell this one hasn't been redialled. The black Roman numerals and the slim dauphine hands still hold their crisp edges against that white ground, and the date window at six sits flush with no yellowing to the plastic. My case is gold-toned with a stepped bezel and a domed acrylic crystal, and the high points at the lugs and crown guard show the thinning you'd expect from genuine handling rather than storage. Flip it and the automatic calibre 92 rotor and bridges are unmarked by any obvious repair work, winding smoothly when I tried it on the bench, with the Hamilton signature and jewel count clearly struck into the plate. This suits someone who wants a slim 1970s dress piece to wear, not one to keep in a drawer.
