Jaeger LeCoultre Black Crocodile Leather Strap
I can see the deep, tight cross-hatch grain on this one before anything else — it's a heavier scale pattern than most crocodile straps I handle, with a pronounced ridged texture along the edges that catches the light unevenly. This is a genuine Jaeger LeCoultre strap, unworn on a wrist as far as I can tell, though the leather has that slightly dry, matte look that comes with age rather than use — no shine, no polish at the folds. The stitching along both edges is intact and even, the tapering from lug end to buckle end is clean, and the buckle-end tip is cut and finished neatly. There's a partial maker's stamp pressed into the underside near the keeper loop, though it's not fully legible. It suits a buyer who wants a correct period JLC strap to put back on a case rather than a worn replacement.
