Maurice Lacroix Aikon Automatic 2020s
Ref. AI6007 · Calibre ML 115Condition — Unpolished case with original pink textured dial and hands, no visible wear
Provenance — Bought at auction online, like most of what I keep.
The pink dial is what stopped me looking at anything else that day, and under raking light it shows a fine waffle-textured guilloché that most photos of this reference flatten into plain colour. My example pairs it with rose-gold-toned baton hands and hour markers, a clean date window at three, and the integrated steel bracelet and bezel Aikon is known for, brushed on the flats and polished along the edges. Case wear is limited to light handling marks consistent with normal use rather than any knock or repair. Through the display back the ML 115 automatic is visible and running, rotor and twenty-six-jewel movement clearly presented. I'm including the full boxed set, inner and outer, both still sharp. I'd point this one toward a buyer who wants colour and finishing on the dial rather than another plain steel three-hander, and who'll appreciate that the case has been worn, not shelved.
Buying from a stranger, in short. Every fault I know of is in the listing, and if you find one I missed, the return stands. Take the watch to a watchmaker of your choosing before you pay — I have never once objected. Fourteen days to send it back, for any reason at all.
Privatverkauf. Everything described above — case, dial, hands, lume, rate and service history — is agreed condition for this watch and I stand behind all of it. Beyond that, the watch is sold excluding liability for material defects, as is normal between private individuals for a vintage mechanical object of this age. That exclusion does not cover anything I have misdescribed or failed to disclose, and never covers injury or intent.
Fourteen days to return it for any reason — my own promise, not a statutory withdrawal right. Terms · How I describe condition
