Mulco Triple Calendar Automatic, 1950s
Ref. 221-100What drew me to this dial is the double calendar layout doing double duty — a rotating date ring around the outer edge paired with day/month windows at 12, both still legible despite decades of handling. The silvered dial has toned to a warm, uneven cream with dark freckling near the sub-seconds register at six, and the applied Arabic numerals and lume-filled hands have darkened to match. Up close I can see brassing at the lugs and case sides where the plating has worn through, plus scattered case scuffs consistent with a watch that was actually worn. Opening it up, the automatic movement inside is unrestored, with visible tool marks on the caseback from prior work and a legible but undisclosed serial stamped into the case. I'm selling it as a project or wearer's piece for someone who wants a period-correct triple calendar and doesn't mind arranging a service themselves.
Privatverkauf. Everything described above — case, dial, hands, lume, rate and service history — is agreed condition for this watch and I stand behind all of it. Beyond that, the watch is sold excluding liability for material defects, as is normal between private individuals for a vintage mechanical object of this age. That exclusion does not cover anything I have misdescribed or failed to disclose, and never covers injury or intent.
Fourteen days to return it for any reason — my own promise, not a statutory withdrawal right. Terms · How I describe condition
