Piaget Dress Watch 1970s, Manual Cal. 9P
Ref. MSA12.303.14A · Calibre Piaget 9PI pulled this one apart from its case to photograph the movement, and the Piaget 9P underneath is why I wanted it in the first place: a hand-wound calibre thin enough to sit flush, eighteen jewels, finished with the sunburst mainplate and gilt lettering Piaget used through the 1970s. My dial has come off clean, no scratches through the silvered finish, with the applied baton markers and the elongated 12 still sharp against a light frost of surface marks near the edge. The winding crown carries a touch of brassing where fingers have gripped it. This is a piece for someone who wants to see the mechanics as much as wear the watch, or who's sourcing a case and strap to bring it back together themselves. I'm selling it as the dial and movement pair that it is, unassembled, exactly as I found it.
Privatverkauf. Everything described above — case, dial, hands, lume, rate and service history — is agreed condition for this watch and I stand behind all of it. Beyond that, the watch is sold excluding liability for material defects, as is normal between private individuals for a vintage mechanical object of this age. That exclusion does not cover anything I have misdescribed or failed to disclose, and never covers injury or intent.
Fourteen days to return it for any reason — my own promise, not a statutory withdrawal right. Terms · How I describe condition
