Zenith Dress Watch 1920s, Silver Case, Roman Dial
The red XII on this dial is the first thing I noticed, and it's still the detail I point people to. It's a small, round silver case in the modest dress-watch proportions of the 1920s, with a white enamel-style dial, Roman numerals, blued steel hands, and a subsidiary seconds register at six. There's a fine hairline crack across the dial near the centre and light scuffing to the case back and edges from handling, but the numerals and printing have stayed crisp. Turn it over and the manually wound Zenith movement is clean, gilt, and legible, with a visible serial and jewelled train I'm happy to have photographed rather than described. The caseback shows real brassing and surface wear, consistent with age rather than neglect, and I haven't had it polished out. It suits a buyer who wants a genuinely small-cased 1920s dress piece to wear occasionally, not restore.

Beyond that, the watch is sold excluding liability for material defects, as is normal between private individuals for a vintage mechanical object of this age.
